The food was phenomenal. The ly call them sliders, don't let that fool you, they are full sized sandwiches. I had the #2 hot, and it was wonderful, great mix of heat and flavor, the chicken was tender and moist, my wife and son had the #3 and they loved it, wr had an order of crazy fries and those were amazing.
Updated Review: The owner went out of his way to fix the issues we had our first visit. Our 2nd visit, I had the combo #1 & so did my kiddos. All 3 orders were made correctly & very tasty. My husband got the Crazy Mac with added jalapenos & he loved it. The cole slaw was tasty also. I tried the peach crazy soda this time & really liked it too. My kiddos got the lemonade again this time & it was tasty! The owner made sure it was fixed & my girls were very happy. The tables were clean this time which I was very impressed with because they were slammed!!!! I was also very impressed with Kalynne who was working at the register. She handled the crowd like a pro. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable & just plain fun to talk to. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The food was great, everything was made properly, service was wonderful & the restaurant was clean. All of this plus the owner going out of his way to listen to his customers & make things right, makes this place deserve 5 stars. We will definitely be back!!! Previous Review: My family tried this place yesterday for the first time. The food was pretty good flavor wise, but they did not put grilled onions on my Spicy Smash which I was bummed about. The Crazy Fries were tasty & made correctly. Our daughters had the chicken tenders which they enjoyed. We ordered 2 lemonades which tasted like water with a hint of lemon. That irritated me because the lemonade should taste like lemonade especially at 3 for a small cup. The tables were sticky & not clean. I would have understood this if it had been busy when we went, but there was only one other person there when we got there. So, no excuse to make sure the tables aren’t properly cleaned. Overall, the food tasted good, but one order wasn’t made correctly, the lemonade tasted like water basically, & the tables were sticky. At the prices they charge, I expected my food to taste good (it did), my food to be made properly (1 order was not), the drinks to taste good (they didn’t) & the restaurant to be clean (it wasn’t). ***If you get food here, get it to go, don’t order the lemonade & check to make sure your order was made properly. ***
Jaun was amazing! I wanted crazy fries and Mac and cheese, he talked me into getting half and half! Highly recommend this location! Everyone in the store was friendly and smiling, which you don’t see that much anymore! Thank you guys for being awesome!
This chicken is fire! You get a ton for your money and huge chicken tenders! Really great people that own and run the place. We got the 12 piece tenders for dinner for 5 of us and we've got leftovers for lunch. I don't know what they put in the breading but the meat isn't soggy, the breading is crisp, and the flavor is incredible, even in day two being in the fridge over night. KFC doesn't have anything on Crazy D's.
You have to try the crazy fries, loaded with chicken and the amazing Crazy D's sauce, always get extra! Fair warning though, you may not be able to finish it all yourself in one sitting The OG is awesome if you want a smash burger (pic included) and the peach sweet tea is ! The staff is awesome and super friendly as well, love going there!
Some of the best chicken I've ever had. I was hoping for something tasty but I almost overate (which I never do) from how delicious this chicken was. I got mine medium heat. Terrific.
!!!MUST TRY WHEN IN CARSON!!! I know people come to cities and don’t know what to try, well this is it. I’m a huge chicken fan, it’s almost all I eat. I heard of it for a while and finally tried it. The owner was super cool and the staff were very nice. The FOOOOD THOUGH!!! that’s the part that really put it over the top. Amazing flavor and I’m very picky. -This is also a Reno/Carson business so make sure to get this when here.-
This place has got some really big pieces of chicken. It can also be very spicy or not that spicy or no spicy. I thought it was pretty good and it seems like you get a lot of food for the price.
